Some Arithmetical Definitions
Vulgar Fraction: The fractions such us 3/11, 5/14, 2/10, 67/100 are called common or vulgar fractions.
Imaginary Number: Any number which is of the form √ -1´a is an imaginary number
Real Number: Any number which is not an imaginary number is a real Real Number. Real Numbers may be divided into two category:
Rational Number: A number which can be represented in the form of p/q where p and q are integers and q is not equal to 0.
Irrational Number: A number which cannot be expressed in the form of p/q is called an irrational number.
