Fields of Plenty

A farmer in Punjab owned two pieces of land. They were both perfect squares. Together, they covered an area of 1000m2. The length of the side of the smaller field was 10m less than two-thirds the length of the side of the bigger field.

What were the sizes of the farmer’s two fields?
