If you divide the number of eggs by 9 there will be one egg left.
If you divide the number of eggs by 10 there will be one egg left.
Finally. If you divide the Number of eggs by 11 there will be NO EGGS left!

PRASHANTH U GOT IT WRONG ,SINCE 2521 IS NOT COMPLETELY DIVISIBLE BY 11.
REENA U ALSO GOT IT WRONG ,SINCE 27731/3 LEAVES REMAINDER 2 NOT 1.
IN MY OPINION THE CORRECT ANS IS 3628801 .THIS NO SATTISFY ALL CONDITIONS MENTIONED ABOVE.

The reply by the old lady has been modified like this If you divide the number of eggs by 2,3, 4, 5 . 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 ,and 10 there will be 1 ,2 ,3 , 4 ,5 ,6 , 7 , 8 , and 9 eggs left respectively . Finally ,if you divide the number of eggs by 11 there will be no eggs left. Then the correct answer is 2519.
